We want to make sure that all schools get the opportunity to use e-mentoring.  The partnerships we hold through business forums and associations we have made enable us to  offer all schools this great opportunity.

If your school partners one of our existing business partners then the company will normally take on the majority of the cost involved in developing the programme.

There is a lot of evidence to support the benefits of e-mentoring programmes. It is important to remember that in order for mentoring to be most effective that it should be used to support a range of other strategies to raise standards and should not be used in isolation.

Teachers usually identify the main benefits as improved motivation, self-confidence and increased communication skills.

Students have felt that taking part in a mentoring programme has help them to:

Learn more about the world of work and become more confident

Develop personal and communication skills and gained an insight into the world outside school

Increase personal management skills (time management, presentation etc)
