We have lot's of projects but we have decided to showcase two of our most innovative:
Business in the Community - International E-mentoring Programme
This is programme is heralded as the most innovative e-mentoring programme in the UK. All the 750 member companies of BITC will be offered the opportunity to take part in this programme and make a real difference to the lives of students in primary and secondary schools all over the UK.

Black Country Pathfinder Project
This project is probably the most innovative e-mentoring programme currently in the UK. The concept behind the programme is to enable 320 students across the four Black Country areas, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Halesowen and Walsall to be mentored by business e-mentors that can speak at least one second language.
These students will get a real insight and vast experience of what having a second language can do for career prospects and ultimately getting the job they want when they leave school.
