How much does an E-mentoring Programme cost
There's never a free lunch and there probably never will be.
We have worked hard to make e-mentoring as cost effective as possible and with this in mind the following three options are available:
Option One - technology only option
If you have recruited, trained and CRB checked your own e-mentors from business and all you need is the technology then the cost will be:
£ 10.00 per account / per annum (An account is defined as a one to one paring, so 1 mentor and 1 mentee)
Option Two - Developing your own e-mentoring programme
This package has been created to enable schools, LEAs, companies and other organisations to develop, set up and manage their own e-mentoring projects.
The package includes the following:
Technology
It is imperative that the communication between the mentor and mentee is monitored, safe, reliable and cost effective. We provide all the necessary tools to enable this to happen. You are issued the accounts and then manage them accordingly to the policies that you have put in place for your e-mentoring programme. Included in this package are 30 accounts. (An account is defined as a one to one paring, so 1 mentor and 1 mentee, these accounts will be live for 1 year)

Full technical support is provided on the setup and ongoing programme and in addition to this we also have a non premium rate number for telephone assistance from
8.30am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
Training
One-to-one training will be given to the project manager or co-ordinator of your
e-mentoring programme. This is a full 1 day course at our offices and will cover all the above and will also include refreshments, lunch and any special requirements/training needs you may have. (These will need to be discussed and agreed prior to the day)
Cost
The total cost of this package is: £ 995.00
Option Three - Managed Service
If you would like us to recruit, train and CRB check all potential e-mentors then the cost will be:
£ 1000.00 one off set-up fee
£ 50.00 per account / per annum
